Se você busca aposentar-se aqui, a Bulgária é um dos lugares mais baratos do mundo pra se viver. Este é um dos fatores mais importantes a se considerar pra quem deseja ter mais qualidade de vida. Se você tem algum capital e quer investir pode adquirir imóveis que é muito barato e alugar por temporada, pode ser na montanha ou na praia sem dúvidas você pode fazer uma boa economia.

Aqui você consegue viver confortavelmente com uma média de 1.500 a 2.000 levas por mês, o equivalente de 750-1.000 Euros. (1.500 para quem vive sozinho porém dá pra viver com menos pode apostar!) 

Café Memento Sofia

A população local recebe um dos salários mais baixos da união européia, conheci pessoas que ganham trabalhando como servidores públicos em torno de 300 leva por mês. Também conheci pessoas que trabalham em dois lugares, pra que possam ter uma renda de em torno 850 levas por mês.

O mercado atualmente está em deflação na qual os empresários locais se vêem obrigados a fazer promoções constantemente e vender com 50% de desconto pra poder vender, é muito comum você ir numa loja e ter liquidação fora de época sem ser outlet. Aqui é muito bom pra fazer compras de modo geral.  

Com relação a restaurantes você come super bem e paga pouco, hoje fomos comer neste restaurante 5 estrelas, estilo provencial para três pessoas pagamos 40 leva total, o que nos deu direito a cada um entrada, prato principal 2 sucos e 1 cerveja de 500ml.

- Aluguel de Apartamento: 300 leva (apartamento de 1 quarto no centro da cidade).

- Adquirir Imóvel: centro: 60.000 leva apto de 60m2 média de 1.000 leva o m2. Fora do centro você pode encontrar imóvel a 800m2.

- Alimentação Supermercado: 750 leva (para um consumo de 25leva/dia) para uma família, para solteiro esse valor deve cair pela metade.
Cerveja: Vende-se uma cerveja local chamada Astika 2L por apenas 2,76leva, também pode-se comprar cerveja alemã Zahringer 500ml por 0,99leva na promoção. 
- Alimentação em Restaurante comum: um prato pra 2 com file de peixe e batata fritas, cerveja, sai ao preço de 20 leva, para 1 pessoa em média você paga uns 7leva só a refeição muito barato! :)

- Energia:
 **Inverno: 270 leva uma casa com 2 ar-condicionados, maquina de lavar, maquina de secar, geladeira, fogão, maquina de lavar louças, 2 tvs, água quente (Para quem está em casa usando constantemente todos os equipamentos e deixando os 2 ar-condicionados ligados o dia inteiro).
**Primavera/Verão: O consumo cai logo o preço fica uma maravilha, em torno de 80-90 leva por mês.

- Água - 20 leva por mês em média.

- Carro Volkswagen Golf 1.4 novo:  30.000 leva.
Carros usados: você pode encontrar no site http://www.mobile.bg/index_koli.html tem carros muito baratos.
- Taxi: É muito barato, você roda muito e paga muito pouco, em média se você fica 15 minutos dentro paga em media 7 ao máximo 15 leva
Ônibus: 1 leva ticket, passe mensal por 50leva, metro em Sofia fica por 1leva. 

- Gasolina:  2,24 leva média nas cidades pequenas até 2,44 leva litro nas maiores

- Vestuário: Se você não tem objeção em usar roupas que não sejam de marca você encontra preços muito atrativos, uma calça jeans feminina tem preço médio de 25 a 30 leva, calça masculina você encontra de 40-60 leva, camisa masculina no mínimo de 10 leva e blusa feminina de 8 a 18 leva dependendo do modelo, vestido de 25 a 49 leva. Sapatos femininos de 20 a 55 leva de boa qualidade, sapatos masculinos de 25 a 70 leva você encontra modelos muito bonitos.

If you are a business owner and looking to retire here, Bulgaria is one of the cheapest places in the world to live. This is one of the most important factors to consider for those who wants a better quality of life. If you have some capital to invest and can acquire a property is very cheap and rent for seasons, it can be in the mountains or on the beach without a doubt you can make a good economy.

Here you can live comfortably with an average 1.500-2.000 waves per month, the equivalent of 750-1,000 Euros. (1.500 for those who live alone but can not exist under you bet!)

- Apartment Rental: 300 leva (1 bedroom apartment in the city center)
- Acquire Property: center: 60,000 leva able 60m2 average 1.000 leva the m2. Outside the center you can find the property 800m2.
- Food Supermarket: 750 leva (for a consumer 25 leva /day) for a family, for singles this value should drop by half.
Beer: Selling a local beer called Astika 2L for only 2,76leva, you can also buy German beer Zahringer 500ml by 0,99 leva.

Porque mudei de país (Why I moved to another country)

Eu sou brasileira e sim resolvi recomeçar a vida em um país completamente diferente.

O Brasil desde 2012 atravessa um momento econômico difícil embora a crise só venha a ter explodido em 2013 durante os protestos de junho daquele ano. Atualmente o governo é Petista, que está há 12 anos no poder. O partido dos trabalhadores é contra o sistema liberal e econômico, sua política é ditatorial disfarçada de política social para os pobres. Baseado no momento atual nós decidimos mudar e assim ter mais qualidade de vida.

A Bulgária foi destruída pelo comunismo no passado que deixou um estrago profundo na economia, tanto que até hoje o país não conseguiu se reerguer. Milhares de pessoas continuam migrando para outros países. O país integra a União Européia desde 2007 e já se vê melhorias consideráveis em infra-estrutura, mas na minha humilde opinião essas mudanças serão muito mais visíveis a longo prazo.

Com relação a economia atual há um consumo moderado, as pessoas consumem mais necessidades básicas como vestuário, alimentação e moradia. Vejo aqui nessa cidade onde estou muitos imóveis comerciais desocupados como sinal de que ainda a economia não superou a crise de 2008.

Na principal cidade do país Sofia há grandes redes de lojas, imensos shoppings, carros importados de luxo e pessoas ricas, tem muitas opções para consumir, o mercado na Bulgária é totalmente aberto, essa é a grande diferença que vejo em relação ao Brasil onde o mercado é muito fechado vive-se isolado do resto do mundo porque o país fechou as fronteiras alfandegárias. A capital Sofia é muito desenvolvida, tem quase 2.000.000 de habitantes o mesmo que minha cidade natal Manaus, só que Sofia é uma cidade em termos de infra-estrutura e qualidade de vida, mil vezes melhor que Manaus.

Aqui vou compartilhar com vocês a minha experiência sincera e até aconselhamentos pra quem tiver interesse em saber um pouco mais sobre este país ou deseja viver aqui, sei que tem muitos descendentes brasileiros interessados e até mesmo ingleses que cansados do alto custo de vida desejam gozar de uma aposentadoria tranquila. A Bulgária é um país com mais de 3.000 anos de história, um povo incrível e uma culinária espetacular.

Hello, how are you?

I'm Brazilian but I decided to start a new life in a completely different country.

The Brazil since 2012 through a difficult economic time while the crisis may only have exploded in 2013 during protests of June of that year. Currently the government is PT, which is 12 years in power. The workers' party is against the liberal and economic system, its policy is disguised dictatorship of social policy for the poor. Based on the present moment we decide to change and thus have better quality of life.

Bulgaria was destroyed by communism in the past that left a profound damage to the economy, so that today the country has failed to rebuild. Thousands of people continue to migrate to other countries. The country is part of the European Union since 2007 and has seen considerable improvements in infrastructure, but in my humble opinion these changes will be much more visible in the long term.

Regarding the current economy there is a moderate consumption, people consume more basic needs such as clothing, food and housing. I see here in this city where I am many vacant commercial property as a sign that the economy still has not overcome the 2008 crisis.

In the main city Sofia there are chain stores, huge shopping malls, luxury imported cars and rich people have many options to consume, the market in Bulgaria is fully open, that's the big difference I see in relation to Brazil where the market is very closed to live isolated from the rest of the world because the country closed its customs borders. The capital Sofia is very developed, has almost 2,000,000 inhabitants the same as my hometown Manaus, only Sofia is a city in terms of infrastructure and quality of life, a thousand times better than Manaus.

Here I will share with you my sincere experience and even advice for those interested in knowing more about this country or want to live here, I know you have many stakeholders Brazilian descendants and even Englishmen who tired of the high cost of living wish to enjoy a quiet retirement. Bulgaria is a country with more than 3,000 years of history, an amazing people and a spectacular cuisine.
